This book is set to be the first of what I am sure is going to be an amazing trilogy. Honestly, they hooked me in simply by including gods. Reviewers mention it being holy and dark. Perfect for fans of The Grisha trilogy by Leigh Bardugo.

I am SO READY to devour this book!! I have been dying for a good magical book and Sorcery of Thorns does not look to disappoint. PLUS THE MAIN CHARACTER IS A LIBRARIAN??? YES!!

If The Beautiful is even half as amazing as The Wrath and the Dawn I will be beyond thrilled. I LOVE that this is a historical fiction set in New Orleans 1870s but with VAMPIRES!! I have always wanted to visit New Orleans, this is perfect!
5. A Constellation of Roses by Miranda Asebedo. November 5, 2019

Miranda Asebedo did not disappoint in her debut novel, The Deepest Roots. I have no doubt A Constellation of Roses will be every bit as good. I am thrilled that she is once again staying true to her Kansas roots. Having another book set in Kansas is so exciting to me!
